This event will focus on choices, intuition, small somatic exercises and mental exercises to move through stuck moments with grace and ease. This will be a small and focused group. Everyone will have an opportunity to share and ask questions.
Many of Kelley's clients have one or more areas of their lives where they feel stuck and unsure how to change them. Some have financial or professional success, but do not have the type of romantic relationships they want or vice versa. Whether you feel stuck in ALL areas of your life or you are just dialing in one facet, this workshop is for you.
Kelley speaks about mental health in a different way from the norm so she offers innovative and new ways to shift your energy and mental focus to see a path to your deepest desires.
