Sophie Fletcher, PhD & Kelley Raleigh will be guiding everyone on a gentle and rejuvenating journey that allows for clearing blocks, becoming present with the moment and moving through the day responding instead of reacting.

*Retreat Refund Policy: If cancelled prior to Nov 18, there will be a full refund, minus $100 deposit fee. If cancelled before Dec 1, there will be a 50% refund. There are no refunds if cancelled after Dec 20. You may then transfer your registration to the next retreat and that needs to be confirmed prior to the retreat dates. Once the retreat begins, nothing can be transferred.

This will be at a boutique hotel, close to the beach in Todos Santos, Mexico. The address will be given after registration. Flying into Cabo San Lucas (SJD)* - Transportation to and from the airport is included in retreat price. Dates: Jan 20-24, 2027.

Wednesday @ 1pm Doors open / come early, unpack, enjoy the quiet on the property, do a NeurOptimal session, take a walk
Wednesday @ 4pm / We circle up and start the journey
Saturday @ 9am / Private Boat / Water Adventure
Sunday @ 10am / Retreat Completion
